This holiday home, seven years old and with a living space of 70m2,gives an ideal area suitable for 04 peoples with very good conditions of comfort and furniture.This holiday home also gives a seaview sideward from a balcony where there is a grass- plot with exotic plantations. A basement with a gate remote-controlled allows you to park the car on a private carpark (49).

A lift allows you to come back to the home rental at the third floor. The home rental consists of two main rooms,a lounge with a dining-room and a bedroom. The kitchen is modern and tiled,it is well equipped in table-service and household electrical appliances like washing machine,dishwasher,fridge,gas cooker with four burners and an owen, suck in hod... and ustensil of various kinds like microwaves, electrical knife, mixer, coffee-pot...that characterize a comfortable home.

The lounge consists of a sofa bed for two peoples with a comfortable mattress, of two armchairs and of a low table,a TV with private channels(BBC,NBC...). The dining-room consists of a drop-leaf table,four chairs and a sideboard. The bedroom is composed of a bed for two peoples,of a dresser with mirror, two bedside tables with lamps and a cupboard,the necessary of bedding and linen are provided (Covers, sheets, bunches, pillow cases...). The bathroom has a shower cubicle,a washbasin,a WC and the towels are also provided. A cradle is provided for the holiday of your baby. The manager, a good partner, provides the housekeeping prior to arrival and after departure with no additional fee!.

The self-accomodation is situated at 5 minutes driving distance from Funchal city centre and between Madeira palace hotel and golden residence hotel nearby Monumental avenue in the way of Camara de Lobos, township of Sao Martinho. After your welcome provided by the manager at the airport,you will profit by comfort,modernism and all the necessary outfit to the holiday home rentals for four people, as well as by proximity from restaurants,car rentals agencies,souvenir shops,foodstores and supermarkets.
