El Molino del Conde is a beautiful big white Andalucian mill set in large secluded grounds bordered by a stream. Excellent access to the vibrant cities of southern Spain - Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Malaga. Rent El Molino del Conde as a large country cortijo (9/10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms) - perfect if you're a big group of friends or a large extended family - or choose to rent part of the house giving you 4/5 bedrooms and the luxury of private use of the terraces, pool and grounds.

Set in the tranquil hills and olive groves of rural Andalucia near lake Iznajar, El Molino del Conde is a large country house where all generations can enjoy family holidays and family reunions or celebrate Christmas, special birthdays and anniversaries in the sun. (We can sleep 8, 14, 18+). El Molino del Conde also provides a peaceful and inspiring venue for courses - which have recently included Creative Writing, Watercolour Painting, Pilates and fitness bootcamps.

El Molino del Conde has been lovingly restored to retain all the character of the big old mill house and ensure a high level of comfort. There are high beamed ceilings, comfortable bedrooms and large luxurious bathrooms. The big main kitchen is designed to make your self-catering holiday easier if you are a large group with restaurant-grade cooker, big fridge and a dishwasher - and there is a further family kitchen too. Outside, you'll find fresh eggs from the chickens, fresh herbs from the kitchen garden, pomegranate, fig, almond and walnut trees, sun terraces, private swimming pool, large shaded dining areas, picnic spots next to the stream, a vine-covered courtyard and large grounds where children can run around safely.

By car, El Molino is 45 minutes north of Malaga, 45 minutes west of Granada and only 5 minutes from Lake Iznajar. Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, the sea and the mountains are all easy to get to on good motorway connections
