They are listed on our directory to exploit the themed link potential, advertising strength, common functionality and to provide contact from our many visitors with the aim of securing business. Feature your property on our directory for an annual charge of just £99pa. All are separately searchable under it's own criteria. How do I get started? We suggest first time users print this page for reference or return here for guidance. Register and then confirm your email address by replying to the email we send you. Return to your profile to create your property. Each new property is allocated its own property number and is listed in your property profile. All future editing is done via that page using the edit button alongside the appropriate property. Step 1. Click 'Add New Property'; select the 'Premier' advertisement option. Follow the instructions on how to add your property. Pay particular attention to quality text and photos. Tell me why. Ensure you fully complete the property description page. Navigate to the 'Rental Rates' & 'Availability' tabs at the top of the page to utilise fully all the options available. When completed navigate to 'Preview & Publish' to view your unpublished version of your advertisement and edit again if necessary. If you have additional properties to add complete step 2 for each property. If not move to step 3. Step 2. Return to 'my profiles' then click 'add new property'; select the 'Premier' advertisement option, our system will recognise you are entitled to the reduced price. Now edit the rental unit description as before. When completed go to preview and publish, edit if necessary. You are not obliged to publish your advertisement now. You can continue to create other properties. Future editing will be done to each property via its own property number. Step 3. When you are completely happy with your previewed property, press 'Publish'. You will now be taken to a pro-forma invoice. You will see you can choose to include all or some of your properties into other short listed indexes (i.e. Golf or Ski at an additional charge) recalculate to see the effect of changing your options. When content click publish. Complete the payment process and your advertisement(s) will appear immediately. |
